Crezy App ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Daily Notes mobile application (the "Application").
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Daily Notes Application.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Daily Notes is designed primarily as an offline note-taking and to-do application.
We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, phone number, or email address to use the core features of the Application.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The notes and to-do information you create in the Application, including:
Note titles
Note content
To-do titles and descriptions
To-do items
Completion status
Date and time information associated with your notes and to-dos
Formatting preferences associated with your notes
are stored locally on your device using the Application's local database.
We do not operate our own server to collect or store your notes or to-do content.
2. Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Application, certain information may be automatically processed by the Application or by third-party services used by the Application.
This may include information such as:
Device or advertising identifiers
IP address
Device type and operating system information
General device and application information
Advertising-related information
Information about interactions with advertisements
This information may be processed by our third-party advertising provider, Google AdMob, to provide and support advertisements.
We do not directly collect or store this advertising-related information on our own servers.
3. Advertising
Daily Notes uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may collect and process certain information from your device for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
Depending on your device, location, applicable laws, and consent settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Google may use advertising identifiers and other information to provide, measure, and improve advertising services.

4. Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party service:
Google AdMob
AdMob is provided by Google LLC and is used to display advertisements within the Application.

5. Local Data Storage
Your notes and to-do data are stored locally on your device.
We do not transmit your note content or to-do content to our own servers.
Because this information is stored locally, uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data may permanently remove locally stored notes and to-do information.
You are responsible for maintaining any backup of information that you consider important.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your notes, to-do content, or personal information to third parties.
We may use third-party services such as Google AdMob, which may independently process certain device and advertising-related information as described in this Privacy Policy and their respective policies.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the safety of others.
7. Data Retention
Locally Stored Data
Your notes and to-do information remain stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear the Application's data, or uninstall the Application.
We do not maintain a copy of this locally stored content on our own servers.
Advertising Data
Information processed by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own data retention practices and policies.

8. Data Deletion
You can delete notes and to-do information directly within the Application.
Because your note and to-do content is stored locally on your device, you can also remove locally stored Application data by clearing the Application's data or uninstalling the Application.
Advertising-related information processed by third-party services is subject to those services' own policies and procedures.

9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including rights to:

Daily Notes is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system.
The Application does not require users to provide personal information to use its core note-taking functionality.

13. Security

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Internet Connection
The core note-taking and to-do functionality of Daily Notes is designed to work offline.
An internet connection may nevertheless be used by third-party services, such as Google AdMob, to load and serve advertisements and perform related advertising functions.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
